Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your furniture. This gives you ample time to ensure each piece fits perfectly in your home and meets your expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be present
- Assembly-required items must be unassembled
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- All hardware and accessories included
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and customer safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Electric Fireplaces (due to electrical components and safety regulations)
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Within 24 hours (during business days), our team will review your request and email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The refund amount includes the product price minus:
- Original shipping charges (for change of mind returns)
- Return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Any restocking fees for large items
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
